Medical Massage Therapy addresses a number of chronic pain conditions and structural dysfunction.
In detail....
There are a number of reasons the body begins experiencing pain or discomfort. Auto or sports injury can occur, disease or structural dysfunction or stress, trauma, and anxiety disorders can play a role. Oftentimes there are multiple factors affecting a client simultaneously. We provide a thorough intake, listening carefully to each client's medical and personal history, and discuss the various modalities available to treat each condition.
“Jonah is a great massage therapist. He is personable, professional, and compassionate. He has helped me maintain mobility and eliminate pain in problem areas. He even recommended I see a dermatologist for a suspicious area on my back. I did, and subsequently had surgery for basal cell carcinoma. I would never have noticed this without him.”
